This is a homework assignment that comes up a lot during alchemy coaching sessions . It’s a powerful tool as well to move beyond some of those gremlin thoughts that may come in and try to mess up our money vibration. Since fear, lack, disappointment, frustration, worry, anxiety can al kink up that vibration it’s a technique or tool to get to the source of where that self talk came from. Remember, that is what we have been talking about here lately.
When we identify the self talk, and can narrow down what are the limiting beliefs that are circling in our head and often come to the surface thereby causing us those emotions where we freak out– it’s a good moment to take a breather and figure out who put that thought there?
Our thoughts become things. So it’s important to know what it is that we are focusing on. Our dominant thought is going to keep coming back because that is precisely what it is – our dominant thought.
Then we trace that thought back to was it when we were a child, was it during the teens or maybe the 20’s.
For example when I moved from California to Washington it was such a fast even smooth move that I didn’t have the time to even digest and process what was going on. Moving is one of those “life changing” moments in one’s life. As I was packing up I noticed that there was a slight little bump on my thyroid. My doctor said to have it looked at when I got to where I was going. Thyroid, 2nd chakra, what was it that I was not expressing. When I got to the heart of it- there were 2 little Ming’s freaking out. One was about 5, the other about 13 years of age was very angry. The 5 year old was afraid, why did we move back to our home state? I never said I would ever leave CA. The 13 year old was just angry that I was not taking care of us. I said I would always protect us yet we came back. WOW. Who even knew. As I got into meditation I spoke lovingly to each one. Calming the 5 year old Ming and telling the 13 year old Ming I knew what I was doing and all would be well.
Guess what? They thyroid nodule went away.
This is just a reminder – what are your dominant thoughts? What’s running in your mind most of the time and is it limiting you or propelling you!
