We know that what we focus on grows. It’s the law of attraction. Like attracts like.
For instance, I have an aging dog. It’s so difficult to watch her age, in fact it’s downright painful. Not long after that Lucy started to lose her hearing! I had to tap her on the shoulder to get her attention. Then her back legs started giving out and she would literally fall . Oh my , this was not good.
Realizing that my thoughts were not focusing on what was going well. I told her that I was going to try something new and that was hemp drops and treats.
Hope and excitement came in! We had not even started Lucy on them and it started to appear that Lucy’s hearing was getting better! She heard me call her name! In addition, her legs seemed to be getting better too. After I started her on the drops, she did improve and got better. Continuing to get better.
Get what I mean? We need to check in with our thoughts and see what we are focusing on. I did this with Money. Checking in on my thoughts about Money. But now I need to do this with everything!
Another example – a big shift is happening within my family. It’s a long journey for sure. We are all concerned, worried, anxious. But when I started looking at my thoughts and also practicing a stronger alignment practice. Things started to shift there too. I started to see the blessings that were occurring. Our family bonding and spending time together. Our family expressing love. This is HUGE!
Therefore, check in on your thoughts. What are you thinking about? Are your thoughts leading to fear? anxiety? Or are they leading you to joy? Are they leading you to see the blessings that are there.
It’s all practice. With practice it gets easier.
