The Power of Thoughts

Your thoughts don’t just have an effect on you — they also have an effect on the people around you. This podcast, let’s ramp up our awareness and practice noticing our thoughts.

I was reading Lynne Mc Taggart’s book on the Power of 8. She was speaking about the power of thoughts. What we think about, what we talk about does effect us. She mentioned several studies.

What about a heart surgeon that has a play list – “Another one bites the dust?” The music itself helps the doctor concentrate. However, can you imagine they are listening to this while they are performing heart surgery?! While the patient is hearing this while they are under anesthesia? It would be rather amusing the next time you have to see your doctor – ask him or her what is on their play list.

Researchers also study your negative thoughts that these thoughts can take physical form.
