Our vibration is a good indicator in where we are at. If we are in fear, lack and anxiety our vibration could use some tending to. The Universe is listening and responding to our vibration. It’s not a matter of whether we are good or bad, it is what we our vibrating. If we are worried about something , the Universe responds by sending us things to worry about!
Let’s dial off of that worry vibration and give the Universe the vibration of love, peace and joy.
What are some ways we can get there? I know for me, yoga is a great way to get there. Just the process of breathing in and out and focusing OUTSIDE myself gets me to a higher vibration. The other day in yoga class, we were doing a pose – I could hear the music playing and to the left side of my 3rd eye view I saw a goddess. She was literally dancing to the music. I was so in awe. Then to the right, I saw my transitioned corgi Lucy. She was growing in size and also dancing. Talk about a vibration lift!
Another way to raise our vibration is to get with like minded others. Get with some friends that believe what you believe – not to join in – with what is going wrong but to join in on what is going right. To cheer you on – on this wonderful journey.
Another way is to spend some time with your fur babies. Nothing raises your vibration like your animals. Why? Because they are pure love. Love is the highest vibration. Sometimes they just make you laugh out loud. Other times they are the greatest listeners on the planet.
Another way is music. Listening to your favorite tunes will lift your vibration. I have a spotify list that just keeps growing and I know when I tune in – I get an instant smile on my face.
