I have recently been practicing with a new modality of healing. I have been practicing energy healing for many years now. But I have never come across anything like this. Its different than Reiki.

Water Element
Gentle apothecary, helps clear the brain from brain fog and from extreme feelings, keeping your energetic body wise, and very calm mind wise. Helps to enhance memory.
Uses: First thing in the morning, a 12-18 minute session in order to start out your day with no worrying thoughts and being ready to flow with the daily challenges. Right before a business meeting or during lunch break. Quick picker upper without excitation or grittiness. Gives “active calmness”.
For athletes, immediately before a serious game, match or competition for 12 minutes. Also, it can be used during break-time for “resetting”. Makes you ready to go with a clear thought process, and mentally flexible and able to flow with the experience. Great to help with panic attacks, stage fright and helps you to recall details regarding your sporting skills and plans.
It can be “stacked” with the Earth Element after training too. They can be played together in a loop or play Earth first and Water immediately afterwards.

Wood Element
Very nourishing apothecary, stimulating but not in an aggressive way, it stimulates you with enthusiasm, joy and happiness. Warming apothecary, it actually warms up the body and increases blood circulation to the extremities. Great to be used as a warm up apothecary a few minutes before muscle warm up exercises. Increases muscle strength for long, strenuous copious duties. It can be used as an “exciter” right before a major event and right after Water has cleared up the Mind actions. It can be used first thing in the morning in order to increase enthusiasm and energy levels. It can be used an hour after a workout for recuperation and restoring the body’s energy storage. Then, afterwards the Metal can be used in order to continue and re-enforce the recuperating processes in a Yin cool way, so the athlete will be able to relax and sleep well at night. It stacks wonderfully with all the rest of the apothecaries (spare the Fire one). It should not be used before bedtime. It should be used three to four hours before bed time otherwise it may interfere with sleep. It gives wonderfully positive feelings and increases your sense of humor. Increases language skills and expression. You feel happy!

Fire Element
A “Get up and do it” apothecary. Its stimulatory effect is different than Wood’s. Fire raises aggressiveness and lifts up the competitive spirit without things getting out of hand. Wood is cheerful stimulation; Fire is warrior’s spirit stimulation. Not to be used at night because it may interrupt sleeping patterns.
For athletic purposes it may be used a few minutes before a major competition. Not recommended for use before a business meeting or a speech due to its competitive nature. For these peaceful purposes, Wood is appropriate.

Earth Element
Gentle grounding and centering apothecary. Helps you return to a state of mental balance; taking the edge off feelings of anxiety, sadness or anger. Great for meditation, and for athletic recuperation. Use post workout for recuperation, bringing back strength, regaining endurance and stabilizing the targets that were sought during training. Use to relax and unwind after a day at work. Perfect to use before bedtime.

Metal Element

Cooling, refreshing and pleasant Apothecary. May help enhance breathing capacity. A mood enhancer; does not stimulate you but does not sedate you either; puts you in a good, serene, active mood. Stress reducer, helps with depression. Increases thought process on analyzing and focusing on goals
It can be used on a daily basis, in order to enhance a “positive thinking” attitude and increase courage and determination. Also, can be used for meditation, praying or contemplating for the solution of a problem. For athletic purposes, it can be used before aerobic activities (walking, jogging, running, swimming) to help increase oxygenation, endurance and aerobic capacity. It can also be used one to two hours after a workout to help get rid of muscle by products; cool down the Nervous System; accelerating recovery and decreasing muscle spasms.

Full Five Elements
Gives off a mild, gentle stimulatory effect. It can be used at any time of the day, because it does not overstimulate. Very balancing, centering and mild stimulator. It provides a calm focused alertness without any extremes. Its effects are not as pronounced as each Element’s apothecaries separately and this is because it has all the elements inside that each one, balances the other and polishes any rough edges. It can be used for studying for exams and/or just before writing for an exam.
