I said I do love questions and here’s another one that rolled in. I didn’t get an email so I couldn’t reply directly back but I will here. Question was: “Please tell me why I’m so unlucky on anything in life please help me to understand.”
Well first of all I don’t really believe in luck. I do believe we are all on our own journey and here to learn the lessons that we are to learn. I also believe we are conscious co creators of our lives and that we don’t just let life passively go by.
With all that being said, when I was in deep contrast meaning, struggling to pay mortgage, put food on the table. You could have said, wow, is she an unlucky girl. But as law of attraction states, we don’t want anyone to “worry” about us. We would rather have our friends, ones that love us see us “doing well”, “rocking it” . Worry causes more worry and certainly don’t want more of that.
The other thing that is important to do if we feel like we would like to “change our luck around” is find something that is going right. Even when I was in such despair, there were still things going right. I was thankful I wasn’t sick. Neither were my dogs. I lived in a beautiful home. The sun shined almost every day. I had a car that ran well. Even at work, I could find things that were going well. Now, why do we do this? Because it helps us focus on what is going right. When we focus on what is going right, more of that comes to us. I saw this happen over and over and over again. Appreciation and gratitude goes a very long way. It’s a high vibration and brings more of the good stuff to us. Things in my life started to shift not only with my money but even at work. They gave us dual monitors one day. That was so very cool. Then I even got an ergonomic chair and key board. I even got a foot massager. (Shhh and I was the only one that got one) So you see what I mean?
So I ask you even it seems like its completely bleak out there, even if its just that you find the elevator in your building and its working – you can start there.
