That is what Dr. Joe Dispenza kept saying in the Science and Spirituality Conference last week. So I continue to share some of the notes that I enjoyed. This is only a small portion. A lot of it is in his book Becoming Supernatural which I also read. But if you get a chance to hear Dr. Joe in person, it’s worth it.
Do you believe that your thoughts have to do with your destiny? Would you ever miss a day to use those thoughts to create your reality? How you think act feel creates your reality – your personality . It is a state of being. (so now knowing this, our thoughts about abundance , our thoughts on how we feel about ourselves right?!)
Back to Dr. Joe, if we stay in the flight/fight response we create stress which knocks us out of balance, if we can’t turn it off that is how disease is created. If your thoughts can make you sick , they can also make you WELL!
Gratitude is the Ultimate in Receiving.
It’s impossible to want if you feel WHOLE.
When you leave the 3D world there is an infinite number of time Quantum is where time is eternal . The how and the why is none of our business. It’s always new and unknown. You are the vortex of your creation . The body responds to the mind. Talk about your future not your past. Walk and breathe as an unlimited person.
Epigenetics is changing our genetic destiny. Moving energy out of the past. Possibilities appear where they all exist in the present. All exist in the Quantum field. Coherence in the brain and heart.
Lynne McTaggart wrote The Intention Experiment as well as the Power of 8 (there are many more she has written as well) The Power of 8 – miracles began to happen when small groups got together . A secret X factor. It’s not meditation but an INSTANT transport to the MIRACULOUS.
An intention is a power thought , thoughts are a constant broadcast. We are sending and receiving all the time. Messages are being felt and replied to. What is your unconscious broadcast? Your casual thoughts become your life’s intention . Thoughts can heal others. Intention requires compassion. This activates our heart (I experienced the power of 8 at the conference, I myself received healing and I was not the ‘recipient’ but the sender!)
Homing- this is the power and resonance of holding your life’s true path. What were you put on this earth to do? It’s the thing that elevates you to the Divine. Your homing thought. What are you effortlessly good at? That makes you sing with joy? What makes you feel connected to Spirit? Its finding your center of gravity. (We also experienced this – by finding the homing- I was able to ward off negative energy that was directly at me for literally 3 minutes)
Lynne also talked about Retro Intentions (thoughts that can change the past) – we also practiced this as well. Seed Moments were replaying our responses to rewriting our script. It’s our response that changes things!
So those are some of my favorite sharing from the conference. Hope you enjoyed. I know I will continue to practice these and continue to share my experiences as well!

There is so much I love about this post! The one agreed-to-deeply ah-ha” was “It’s impossible to want if you feel WHOLE.”
Through the consistent practice of daily filling my own “cup,” I’ve experienced more of this phenomena personally. This is an inside-out “work” with the self.
When we have “the eyes to see the abundance all around us” (something you say a lot), we realize we really want for nothing.

Thanks Dana. That was one of my favorite sentences as well about being “whole”. Such a good reminder to keep in alignment of that. You’re right about seeing the abundance all around. Which includes so much more than just money 🙂

How/what is the process to create heart coherence?

Heart Brain Coherence: Shifting your awareness from mind to heart. 1. Touch your heart center- put your left hand to your heart. So the awareness of the brain goes there.
2. Change your breathing – self regulating , slow it down. By taking deeper slower breaths around 5-6 seconds: this tells your body “I AM SAFE”…. then your body will kick in healing and rejuvenation .. then you dont have to be vigilant because you are safe.
3. Close your eyes and Feel a feeling of gratitude, appreciation , care and compassion. Do this for 3 minutes .This is the coherence. Your body will continue the process for up to 6 hours of you just doing this for 3 min!
