It’s All about Alignment!

How do we manifest what we want? Why does it not seem to come fast enough? Can you change that? These are some common questions that I receive all the time.

The answer: Its all about alignment- vibration.

What are you thinking? Your thoughts have power. What we focus on grows. If we focus on what we don’t have, we get exactly that: what we don’t have.

Is it worry? Is it impatience? Is it distrust? Is it fear? These thoughts all send the signal to the Universe that we aren’t trusting.

If you are aligned in joy- all the good things that are aligned with your highest desires start happening spontaneously. If we are aligned in our worthiness and self love- all we want to manifest comes in . Life is meant to be fun. Life is meant to be joyful.

Let’s allow the Universe to do its magic. If we are intervening all the time, Universe can’t do its magic!

It’s about practicing. It’s about consistency. We can’t just do our alignment work for a few days and then stop. I have been practicing , speaking and writing my affirmations now for 5 years now. Every day, I don’t miss a day. At first, I had to remember, or I’d remember later in the day.. but as you keep practicing, it becomes a habit. It becomes a routine.

So find your alignment practice- you can do this, I know you can. If you need a cheerleader to remind you, I can do that for you as well.
