I learn a lot by observing. Observing myself is a big one. Observing you – yes, I may learn a lot as well. But sometimes I step out from myself and watch myself. I have been practicing this for so long that its something that I can step outside myself and watch. My responses I have seen over time are sometimes just quick reactions to something that had happened in the past, so it’s a trigger. I have learned however that I don’t have to just “react” – I can create my own reality .
As conscious creators we can do just that.
I have been observing someone very close to me (whom I can’t quite share yet) but this person has moved completely out of fear to a place of contentment. It’s not full on joy but this person seems to be happy and as the best word I can get to is just contentment. This person lived in fear constantly which limited a lot of the experiences. Now, here’s the clincher, because the view of this person changed – no longer was life scary – the thoughts and remembrances of the the past have also changed.
Think about it as if it were a movie (this would make a great movie !) as the thoughts change from a place of fear to a “I can do anything” feeling – your entire life experience would change.
For example, on a Good Vibe Astrology call the other day, Kim Falconer said to me, what if your parents let you play soccer? (how she knew my parents didn’t let me play soccer I don’t know ) I told her, my parents didn’t allow me to play soccer. She said, could you imagine if you were allowed to play soccer who you would be today?!
Here is what I concluded based on my observation. How about I live a life right now, in this current reality that I did learn soccer. I was on the most amazing winning team. I learned all about the power of team work and that awesome head move with that soccer ball flying off my head?!
Yes, that is the reality.
How can you change your reality? Think about it…..

I love this Ming. You were such a fast runner and a great soccer player. Didn’t we play your team a couple of times? 😘

Right? I was fast. I can still feel that ball bouncing off my head! I think we did play your team. What a memory you have Leslie!
