Happy Year of the Dog!

Happy Lunar New Year!  Big time energies rolling in. I’m sure many of you can feel it. It’s going to be a good year for lifestyle changes, for new businesses to flourish! Our sensitive and creative minds will need to be nourished so we can continue to create what we desire.

Its a good time for Money, yay! We are always happy when Money wants to roll in – so let’s let it in. In all ways, let’s let the abundance in. However it wants to come- ha, literally out of the blue!

I remember when I was about 5 years old. I was in Hong Kong with my parents visiting my grandmother. It was Lunar New Year. I remember sitting on the floor.  Many relatives came to visit each one giving me a red envelope.  Each one filled with Money, with gold coins, with all kinds of coins. It was literally RAINING red envelopes on me. There was a MOUNTAIN of red envelopes in front of me.

I remember feeling so excited, so happy.  I don’t believe I knew what Money was but I knew it was a good thing. I remembered it was a happy and joyful thing.  It was better than all the candy on Halloween. There was nothing like it.  From time to time my parents still give us red envelopes.  It brings that same feeling of joy up inside me.  Money enjoys making us gleeful.

As an adult, my BFF Candy and I went to Vietnam during Lunar New year. Wow, the celebrations. Wow, the food. Wow, the entire country was one big amazing party. We had red envelopes with us with dollar bills in them. The dollar went far in the country. It was so fun to give them out to everyone.  Everywhere we went – we gave out red envelopes.

With new year energy rolling in – let’s receive – let’s give too.

Remember- Abundance is another word for infinite possibilities. In both the spiritual and the material realms, there is an infinite potential ready to meet your every need.
