A few of my friends mentioned to me that today is Blue Monday- and the “saddest” day. I was like why is it sad? She said you know “blue”…. I said, ah. Well “blue” means something totally different to me.
When I hear blue, I think blue money! What is blue money? Blue money is money that comes literally out of the blue! Whether it be a coupon that is sitting on my desk that I did not see for 30% at my favorite store. Or my BFF treats me to an unexpected lunch. Or my friend brings me my favorite bottle of wine. That is all blue money. It’s a good thing. It’s a happy thing… and if there is day that is called Blue Monday?
Let’s turn that around – because we are co creators – we create what we want so let’s start this week out with Blue – meaning yay- wonderful things headed our way straight out of the blue!
I have still been enjoying Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza- my friend Amy Cady was here this weekend promoting her book – she started her book tour right in my town. We did the 45 minute meditation together and yes, we are open to the unknown- because we trust the Universe to deliver the goods. Whatever that may be, whatever comes out of the blue…
Here’s to an awesome week everyone. Embrace the blue. In fact, the name of my book that is being edited right now is called Money Blues to Blue Money ! (more to come on that :))
So next time you hear the word blue, you’re going to think of Blue Money – and all good things coming out of the blue to you!

Just encountered a “Blue Money” moment that I want to share…called our mortgage company to verify payments received over the past year and got into a discussion with the customer service representative regarding “what if I make an additional payment towards the principal each month?”
He politely advised me that my mortgage would be paid off in 10 years rather than 25 years and I would save $74,000 in interest!!! My husband and I are in the position to make an additional payment towards the principal at this time, but we can always change it back to our regular monthly payment if our financial situation changes in the future.
This is my “Blue Money” moment of the week! Thanks, Ming!

I’m relating to your “Out of the Blue” post because I have 2 paintings in my Blue Series, “Out of the Blue 1” and “Out of the Blue 2”. I see my blue series as calming and quiet – expansive like the sky, deep like the ocean, and it gives me a warm tender feeling.
Thank you Ming, love receiving your blog posts!
