I had this little a ha moment this morning as I was preparing for a client call. Since I am all lit up right now on changing our brain. I remembered that when we change our inner talk we become more self aware.
The word “NOW” came to mind. Using the word NOW is like hitting the “enter” button on the key board and that felt powerful. So its telling our conscious mind to do the action NOW.
SO I started saying with my I AM affirmations:
NOW, I am a rocking Money Alchemist.
NOW, I am a wealthy philanthropist.
NOW, I am assisting on raising the vibration of the planet.
NOW, I am partnering up with the most amazing people on the planet.
NOW, I am assisting animals all over the planet.
NOW, I am doing my heart’s delight work.
NOW, I am doing life altering work.
NOW, I am shifting peoples vibrations so that they can manifest their heart’s desires.
see, wow, that felt good. That feels powerful to me.
Or use it with high energy words:
NOW, I am in gratitude.
NOW, I am in love.
NOW, I am in abundance.
NOW, I am in joy.
NOW, I am in good health.
NOW, I am in laughter.
NOW, I am in kindness.
NOW, I am in freedom.
Play with this, let me know how it feels for you.
Happy Manifesting!

Ming, I love this. I was finding “I Am….” affirmations a little stale recently, not as powerful as they used to be. But reading these affirmations with the word “Now” added to the beginning of them, changes the whole feeling behind the affirmation. These “Now. I Am…” affirmations feel like they have a much stronger, far more powerful focus and energy behind them – it’s almost like they have become commands that my brain is more conscious of and more ready to react to. It’s amazing how a simple change to the wording like this can have such a profound impact! Thank you for sharing this Ming 🙂

Anne, right?! I mean, I say affirmations every day. But yes, adding the word NOW, I saw myself walking about my room almost shouting them! I got so excited. Im glad it resonated with you. I can hear the word NOW sending that signal to our brains, oh, she wants it NOW!
