I have been thinking about this phrase since my last blog. It means several things to me.
Money and Love- friends yes, of course! What kind of love? You will tell me that its self love because you have been reading all my posts! Yes, self love! Certainly, and all related to the equation of Money. Its all about self love , for sure!
However also its love in all of our relationships. I was just thinking yesterday how my alchemy sessions about Money lately have turned into relationship coaching! I could probably count 5 of my clients that have had shifts in their relationships. I never thought of myself as a relationship coach either, ever! But it appears to be related to Money. Money and Love must go hand in hand.
Yes, Money can Love can be friends. In fact, when I manifested my own boyfriend, I had written out this intention : I have a guy who sees “me” for who I am, what I love and I what I want to create in this Universe. He sees animals the way I do as important and equal beings. He likes me, we have a strong friendship. He loves me and has eyes only for me. He’s trust worthy, kind, funny and makes me laugh. We also have a strong chemistry as well. We both can do magical things. When we are not together, it is okay , we both support each other in what ever it is that we are doing. THIS was a powerful intention because all of it came true. Phillip is exactly ALL these things. Phillip is also good with Money. In fact he was better with Money than I was years ago. He helped me see the energy of Money.
We get our energy aligned up to Money. Love comes. We get our energy aligned up to Love, Money comes. Because Money and Love can be friends. Have you noticed if you are in a good relationship with yourself, you are aligned with Money. But have you noticed if you are in a good relationship with your husband, wife, partner, girl friend, boy friend, you are aligned with Money? This is something to play with to.

I love this, Ming! If money is about self love then surely it is related to relationships. You attract the love you have for yourself and your partner reflects that love back to you. Money is a reflection of how much we love ourselves too. When we love ourselves we allow ourselves to receive.

When you ask, “How would you think, speak and act if Love was your only guide? How deeply would you surrender?” … it makes me think of a bit of wisdom I feel makes me a better partner and lover today. That wisdom has to do with surrender, allowing, peace and relief — I don’t have to be “right” when conflict arises in my relationship. When I have to be “right, struggling to convince my partner of my viewpoint, or wanting to feel arrogant or smart proving somehow that he’s wrong, I’ve just “lost.” One of my favorite relationship mantras is “if I have to be right, I’m already wrong.”
As I translate this same line of thinking, or LOVE to money, my ‘take-away’ is LET GO, RELAX, TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF THE WHEEL, FIND PEACE & RELIEF, STOP DICTATING TO THE UNIVERSE HOW IT SHOULD BE, COME TO YOU, or PLAY OUT Dana … and, things will naturally right themselves, and the money will flow unrestricted.
As Abraham-Hicks frequently says, “take your oars out of the stream, and allow the river to just gently take you with it’s flow.” Money is my Love, but if I’m trying with every ounce of strength I have to make it be the way I want it to be (like winning an argument), then I’m probably not going to get anywhere near the abundance I desire as I paddle relentlessly upstream. My 2-cents… 🙂
