In regards to meditation, it doesn’t matter when or where. For instance, on your daily commute. It could be first thing in the morning when you wake up. Or during an evening walk. Therefore meditation is a perfect opportunity to slow down and connect within. This week, I’ll walk you through a little money meditation that came to me as I sat and connected with the energy of money

What This Actiation does:
It helps us focus on how powerful it can be with just a little focus. All you have to do is read it even once. The point being is how you feel as you are reading it and taking it in.
When I read it, I feel good, hopeful and happy. I know that good things are happening and coming my way. I can envision them. Think about the details of the delight I will feel.
If I read it a second time it makes me joyful and just about giddy. Believing is the force behind it.
Reading a third time makes me shout out loud with it! This is allowing all the goodness to flow in! I know it is happening. I can feel it.
The main point is to know there are many kinds of meditation. There is the kind everyone thinks of where you are sitting on the floor. Your knees are crossed. You are making the ok sign with your hands. However, the kind of meditation I used to do was in my car. Driving and connecting to my guides. There is a walking meditation as well. You can be walking your dog.
Therefore, do it however feels good to you. Connect with in. Tune into the energy of money.
